Main Masters - Reasons (Personnel)

Reasons are essential for automating tasks, emails, and actions taken by users, members, clients, etc. They are accessible from Masters >> Main Masters >> Reasons (Personnel).

How to Add a Reason?

If the reason for your type of communication/action is not listed, you need to create it from the master. Follow the steps below:

  1. Access Masters/Main Masters/Reasons (Personnel).
  2. The Reasons are broken down into different categories such as Client, Member, Allocation, Error, Candidate, Other, and CRM.
  3. Select the arrow next to the Reason Group you wish to add to the reason for.
  4. To create a new reason, click the + Add new Subgroup with reason.
  5. Fill in the fields to create a Subgroup/Reason.

My Reason for Contact is not listed

A system-generated contact log is created when completing certain tasks within the system. If the Reason of Contact for your type of communication/action is not listed, follow these steps:

  • A pop-up will open requesting you to Please Select a Reason of Contact. From the drop-down list, select an option and press OK to proceed.
  • If the Reason of Contact is not listed, it needs to be created from the master.
