How to Use Member Offered
Member Offered indicates that the member has been offered a shift, but their response is still pending. For example, a message may have been conveyed to a family member, but the agency has not yet received confirmation directly from the member.
Select a shift with the status shown below; otherwise, you will encounter the following error.

Alert Message – Member Offered
To mark a shift as Member Offered:
- Select a shift with status Member Confirmed, Member Assigned, etc.
- Go to status drop-down and select Member Offered.
- Click Update Status.

Select Shift – Status – Member Offered – Update
- The shift status will now change to Member Offered.
- Now apply the Member Offered column filter (kendo filter) on the Shift Status field and scroll to the right.

Shift Status Filter – Member Offered
- Click on the Watch type button/Shift Log.
- The shift log will reflect this update.
