How to Send Credit / Debit Notes to Clients

Step 1: Select Reports > Invoice > Print Credit/Debit Note

Step 2: Choose between Debit Note or Credit Note

Step 3: Specify the Period ending date for Credit/Debit notes

Step 4: Select Submit to obtain all Debit or Credit notes for the selected period ending.

Please note that Service Location, Credit/Debit Number, Linked Invoice Number, and Docket Number are optional fields to specify data sets if required.

In the next screen, select Send to send the Credit/Debit notes to clients via email.

You can also choose Print at the bottom right if you want a summary or all debit
