Due to AWS being on a remote desktop, you need to save files to your local drive on your own computer.
After you select Save File on a report:
- Under This PC, select your local C drive:

Create a New Folder that is easy to find (example is “Entire Finance”) and save your files here:

Once saved, you can find your finance files by accessing the local drive and opening the folder.
To make your life easier “pin” that folder to your quick access by right clicking the folder and using Pin to Quick Access:
