How to Reactivate a Member who is Suspended/Inactive/terminated

To reactivate an old member or current member who has the employment status of

  • Suspended

  • Inactive

  • Terminated

Please follow the process below

  1. Go to Personnel Card

  2. Search for Member

     

  3. Review all details to ensure there is nothing expired or due to expire soon so you can update

  4. Go to Employment Status

     
  5. Change to Active and update other fields as required. Also, enter your notes within the Employee History.
    If you want the member to be sent an email with their log in again please ensure to tick - Auto Email

  6. Save
