How to make a booking note for a shift.
There are 2 ways to make a booking note depending on how many shifts you are wanting ot make this note for.
Booking note for singular shift
If you are wanting to make a booking note for a singular shift, the easiest way to do this is the 'i' symbol as below.
You can make this available to just members to see, just clients to see or both members and clients.
If this is an internal note, leave the boxes blank and neither members nor clients will be able to see this note.
Hit save.
Booking note for multiple shifts.
If you are wanting to make this booking note for multiple shifts, click on the ratio attached to a shift. Please note, you are only able to choose the shifts that are in the same ratio (meaning that they were entered together)
After clicking the ratio, you can individually click the shifts that you are wanting the booking note to be added to or you can click the box up top and that will select all the shifts attached to the ratio you have selected.
Click the orange button labelled ' booking note', add in your note.
You can make this available to just members to see, just clients to see or both members and clients.
If this is an internal note, leave the boxes blank and neither members nor clients will be able to see this note.
Hit save.
Please note, if there are notes already in for some of these shifts, adding in another note this way will override any booking note that is already attached to a shift.
How to know if a booking note is already attached to a shift?
The 'i' symbol will be orange.
