      How to login to the Client Portal 2.0?

      Listed below users can login to the Client Portal application by providing their user credentials:

      1. Clients (Generic Portal View) and Professionals (Specific User
          Access)


      To login to the Client Portal application with either a client or professional access, visit your provided Entire OnHire URL and your login page will open with your Access Code. Click Next.

      •  Enter your Username and Password

       

      • Click Login and you’ll be granted access into the Client or Professional Portal

       

      Note that the new Client Portal is available with the mobile view and all the features displayed in the Client Portal mobile view are similar to the web Client Portal view. Use your user credentials to login to the mobile view of the new Client Portal.

      2. Staff


      Internal agency staff are not required to enter login credentials to access their client portals. These employees can simply open the Client Portal directly from the Login tab of their Entire OnHire Staff Portal. (Login → Client Portal or Login → Professional Portal).

       

      In the Staff Portal, if the New Client Portal flag is turned off, all the logged-in users with the same Company Code will be logged out automatically.
