How to Add a New Industry/Business Arm Under the Same ABN

To expand your business by adding a new industry or arm under the same ABN, follow these steps:

  1. Create a New Industry:

    • Navigate to the Industries section of your system.
    • Click "Add New Industry."
    • Enter the necessary details for the new industry and save.
  2. Create New Qualifications:

    • Go to the Qualifications module.
    • Select "Add New Qualification."
    • Fill in the required fields for qualifications specific to the new industry.
    • 2.1 Add Pay Levels:
      • Within the Qualifications module, create and assign pay levels that align with the new qualifications.
      • Ensure these pay levels correspond to industry standards and specific job roles.
    • Save the new qualifications and pay levels.
  3. Create and Map New Documents:

    • Access the Documents section.
    • Click "Create New Document."
    • Map these new documents to the relevant areas within your system, such as specific roles or compliance requirements.
  4. Customize Reference Forms and Application Login Page:

    • Navigate to the Reference Forms section to tailor the reference checks for the new industry.
    • Update the Application Login Page to ensure it reflects the branding and needs of the new industry.
  5. Add New Expertise (if required):

    • In the Expertise module, add new areas of expertise relevant to the new industry.
    • This will help in the accurate categorization and matching of skills.
  6. Create New Rates:

    • Go to the Rates section.
    • Define rates specific to the new industry, including any necessary variations for different roles or locations.
    • Save the new rates for use during job assignments and billing.

    6.1 Add New Awards:

    • Access the Awards module.
    • Create new awards applicable to the new industry, ensuring they align with industry standards and regulations.
    • Save and map these awards to the relevant roles or job categories.
  7. Add Competency Questions:

    • Navigate to the Competency Questions section.
    • Create and customize questions that align with the requirements of the new industry.
    • Save these questions to be used during candidate assessments or evaluations.
  8. Add Product Codes- If NDIS Only

By following these steps, you can seamlessly integrate a new industry or business arm under your existing ABN, ensuring all related processes, documents, rates, pay levels, awards, and assessments are correctly set up.
