How do licenses work with Entire OnHire?

Licenses refer to how many people can access your system at the same time. This includes both the finance portal and staff portal.

If you have 5 licenses, it means that only 5 people can be in the system simultaneously. Once the maximum number of licenses is reached, additional users will need to wait until one of the existing users logs out before accessing the system.
