How do I make a break time automatically appear on the workforce app for a member?

Please make sure that the client is set up in the finance portal with an award. Firstly, make sure the award has breaks set up in it. How to set up awards

To attach the award to the client -

  • Go to the clients, search the clients name and select the client. 

  • Make sure the correct award is attached to the client

The break time should now appear on the members app for the service location they worked at.
