How do I know what documents will be activated in the Expiry Batch Program

You have control over which documents can be included in this program, as long as the document is mapped under the qualification like below - How to Link/Unlink Documents to Qualifications?

 

This program usually runs at 1 am in the morning of suspending people on the day it expires.

 

You will have to make sure you emails are set up correctly. You can do that in Masters>Member Master>Document Check and Notification.

 

You can check who these email will be sent to by going to Masters \ Main Masters \ Reporting Office. The Email that this email will be sent to is related to the email attached per reporting office as below. 

Make sure that the reporting manager for the any reporting offices has a name against it and not blank otherwise the email will not be sent out. 

Once this has been confirmed, let us know so we can go ahead and get your expiry batch program activated for you.
