How can I send Timesheets with Invoices

Invoice and Docket Collation Report Instructions

The Invoice and Docket Collation Report will combine all Docket Snaps of Manual and Digital Timesheets with the related invoice into a PDF file. Here are the steps to access and utilize the report:


  • Select Reports > Invoice > Invoice and Docket Collation.

  • Choose either a specific invoice number or delete from the drop-down if you are processing a whole period end date.
  • Select Generate Invoice and click YES within the popup. The system will show if the process was successful or if an error occurred.

  • Relocate the updated invoices by going to Email Invoices and selecting the Batch Email Period Date.

  • To view, click the Invoice File Name, and it will open for download onto your PC. If needed, send the updated invoice by selecting and sending an email, which will automatically send the updated invoice.

 

  • You can also individually download in other sections like View Invoice History or Client Specific Invoice.
