How can I see all shifts that are available to a member?
There are several reasons why a member may or may not be able to see certain shifts in the app. For a detailed explanation of all possible reasons, refer to : Why can't a Member see a shift on the app?
If you want to view all shifts that are currently available to a specific member (which should also be visible in the member’s app), you can do this through the Talent Search screen.
Navigation steps
- Click on Talent under the Quick Link main navigation menu.
- Search for and select the required member.
- Click on the member’s name to open their details.
- Navigate to the Shift Activities tab.
Viewing available shifts
Within the Shift Activities tab:
- Locate the Released Shifts Available section.
- This section displays all released shifts that should be visible to the member in the app.
In addition to released shifts, you can also view:
- Current assigned shifts
- Previously booked 10 shifts
These details help you confirm the member’s shift visibility and understand their booking history immediately.
