How can I quickly edit member and client notes without going into their profiles?
Member:
A quick way you can enter notes for the member without going to the members profile, is to go to the toolbar on top and select member.
To navigate to the Member option, follow the steps below:
- On the Allocations screen, scroll to the right.
- You will see a Member option.

Allocations – Member
- You can search member from the Member Name drop-down field. This will auto fill the respected member information in the fields.
- Enter your notes and click Confirm & Exit.
Understanding Notes Categories
- Employee Notes (Internal Only): These notes are for internal use by staff and are not visible to members. Use this section to record important internal information about the employee, such as performance feedback, special instructions, or any operational details relevant to shift management.
- Availability Notes (Member): These notes are visible to the member and relate to their availability. Use this section to capture any specific availability preferences, constraints, or recurring schedules shared by the member.
- Contact Notes (Member): These notes are visible to the member and contain important contact-related information. This may include preferred contact methods, best times to reach the member, or any communication-specific instructions.
- Travel Notes (Member): These notes are visible to the member and include travel-related details. Use this section to document information such as travel preferences, distance limitations, transportation requirements, or any special travel considerations.

Client:
Quickly edit client details under the client tab next to the member tab.
To navigate to the Client option, follow the steps below:
- Similarly, you will see a Client option.

- You can search client from the Client Name drop-down field. This will auto fill the respected client information in the fields.
- Enter your notes and click Confirm & Exit.

- Entry | Security | OH&S | Timesheets (Member): These notes are visible to members and outline important on-site requirements. Use this section to document entry procedures, security protocols, health and safety (OH&S) guidelines, and instructions for completing timesheets.
- Important Member Notes (Member): These notes are visible to members and highlight critical information they must be aware of before or during a shift. Use this section for special instructions, site-specific rules, or any important updates that require the member’s attention.
