Introduction
The Awards or Industry Awards facilitate to define of all paid labour in one industry with similar pay rates and conditions of employment such as leave entitlements, overtime and shift work as well as other work-related conditions.
How to Access Awards?
To access Awards:

You can access Awards from the Finance Application of Entire OnHire.
⇒For MAC users: Connect your system to VPN to access your Finance Application from the RDP machine.
For Windows users: You can access the Finance Application through Web (AWS Finance).
2. Log in to the Finance Application with your credentials.
3. Click Continue to proceed.
4. Click Protocols → Industry Awards and the Industry Awards Setting screen opens.
5. Select Award Name from the drop-down. Also, you can Create/ Edit Award or Duplicate Award.
How to Create an Award?
To create an award:

Select the Create / Edit Award button as shown in the above figure.
2. A dialogue box will open and you have to fill in the new award details in the Award Name and Status. Click Save to save the details of the new award.
⇒ The default Status will be ACTIVE.
3. A successful message will appear as “Award name saved successfully”. Click OK. Now, this new award will start reflecting in the existing award list and you can use it.
