Question: How can I do a bulk pay (addition) for my members?

Answer: Back Pay is classified as an ADDITION. For example, if members were underpaid in their previous wages, and now we would like to provide the amount which they were entitled to.

Yes, it is possible to do bulk additions at one time. Here are the required elements from the clients:

  • Excel sheet which should include:
    • Name of the members
    • Identification - ID’s
    • Addition - amount to be paid
    • Date run
    • Allowance name

To receive that additional amount, members should have shifts for the pay week so the addition can be attached.

Here, I would like to explain the process as it is possible to do bulk additions, and this can be done by our developers after receiving the Excel sheet with the required information.

Cost involved:

  • $250 per hour
  • Two hours for Build
  • One Hour for script run
  • $750 Total for 3 Hours for this script to be run
