FAQ: How to attach documents to clients and prompt members to view them?
There are a number of ways to get information to members specific to client sites before they attend their shifts - one way is Client Compliance, which is a paid growth module. This will make sure that the member signs or otherwise acknowledges that they have read the information - and allows your team to track this acknowledgement.
However, you are still able to achieve similar effects in the base system, just without tracking and mandating an acknowledgement. The first step is to upload a client document - which will be visible to all members for all shifts at that particular site. To do this, open the client's card and access the documents tab:Fill out the required details and select the desired document - make sure to select the 'Show to Members?' option as if not selected, these will not appear on the member's app.
Additionally, you are best to also make a note in the important member notes section to prompt staff to view the client document:
This will then appear on the app under the clients document tab, whenever a member clicks on the shift. They are able to read and/or download the document prior to attending shift:
