FAQ: How can I troubleshoot a member not receiving notifications on an Apple Device?

If you have a member that is not receiving notifications for an Apple device, please complete the following checks:

  1. First, ensure that the member has notifications enabled within the app:
  2. Second, make sure that within the iOS settings, all notifications have been enabled for the WorkForce app:
  3. Finally, please try to send the member a notification directly from any screen and confirm that they have not received the notifications - in some cases, members simply may not have had any notifications to be delivered (for example, they may live in an area with few shifts, not have entered their availability, etc.) so this is a great final check

If all of the above are correctly configured - please get in touch with the support team directly and this can then be escalated as appropriate to the tech team if required.
