Employee Shift Hours Report
The Employee Shift Hours report provides information regarding the total hours, duration and dates of shifts worked by members.
Click on Reports.
Next, select the "Employee Shift Hours Report" from the available options.
Choose the desired "From Date" and "To Date" from the calendar. Please note that the asterisk (*) indicates a mandatory field.
Once you have selected the necessary dates, click on the "Report" button to run the report.
The generated report will display the Employee Numbers in the "Emp No." column, followed by the names of the members in the "Member Name" field. The "Service Location" column will provide the names of the locations where the shifts were booked. The "Shift(s) Worked" column will display the dates and timings of the shifts, while the "Total Hours" column will show the duration of each shift in hours.
If you prefer, you can also export this report as an Excel spreadsheet by simply clicking on the "Export To Excel" option.
