Duplicate Employment Notes - Why?
Please be aware that this situation arises when two member/applicant profiles (referred to as personnel cards with employment notes) are simultaneously opened in separate browser tabs. We strongly recommend that clients keep only one member profile open at a time to avoid encountering this issue.
It's important to note that our system retains only the most recent action taken within this particular area, and as a result, we will not be able to access any previous notes from the system.
This behavior has consistently been a feature of the system.
