New Features

🆕Bulk Payroll [Growth Module] 

The Bulk Payroll feature automates the bulk processing of member shifts for payroll. This feature enhances the performance of the payroll process, minimises workload, and ensures accurate and timely payment to members. 

The key features of Bulk Payroll are listed below:

  • Custom configure your Bulk Payroll settings to automate the shift filtering criteria. Shifts can be filtered by statuses of 'Shift Booked', 'Timesheet Submitted', and 'Client Approved Submissions' for Bulk Payroll processing. By default, shifts with the status of 'Client Approved Submissions' will be selected for processing
  • Status definitions: 'Shift Booked' considers agency booked shifts for non-timesheet submissions, 'Timesheet Submitted' considers member submitted shifts that are pending for client review, and 'Client Approved Submissions' considers client approved shifts or disputed shifts but the member agreed to the client dispute
  • Exclude Shifts for Bulk Payroll processing with specific Member Status, Member Priority, Service Location or Shift has Finance Notes criteria
  • Restrict access to the Bulk Payroll feature in the Finance application for specific users
  • Generate a summary of successfully processed shifts after Bulk Payroll processing is completed. This summary can also be automatically configured to receive the email notification along with an attached report for the specified Email IDs 
  • The comprehensive Bulk Payroll report shows the details of Successfully Processed Members and Unsuccessful Members. Unsuccessful Members' report includes the shifts with errors along with the reasons for the errors
  • Access and download Bulk Payroll Logs effortlessly to filter log files by the month for convenient business use

🆕Leave Management [Growth Module]

The Leave Management is designed to efficiently process employee leave requests, manage the repository of leave categories, accurately track leave balances, and ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies. The system accurately accrues and processes leave requests in the system. Necessary validations are implemented to ensure accurate processing of the final leave details for each member in the system.

The key features of Leave Management are listed below:

  • Manages the repository of Leave Categories along with the associated Earnings Category for the Full Time, Part Time, and Casual employees
  • Availability of preset configurations for each existing Leave Category that can be personalised. The available Leave Categories are Annual Leave, Annual Leave - Fixed Hours, Personal/ Carer's Leave, Personal/ Carer's Leave - Fixed Hours, Compassionate Leave – Paid, Paid Parental Leave, Leave Without Pay, and Family and Domestic Violence – Paid 
  • New settings have been introduced in the application settings of the Staff Portal for the leave management to define Standard Work Week Hours, and Primary Payrun Week Ending Day 
  • Detailed Onboarding and Exit Employee Formalities of the member. This entails:
    • Configure Pay - shows the member's current employment details
    • Configure Leave Entitlements - shows the active leave categories aligned with the member's employee type defined in the Leave Category master settings
    • View Earning - shows the member's earnings for the selected financial year
    • Outstanding Pay Details - shows the outstanding payment information, yet to be processed for the member
    • Employment Experience Statement - assists in generating a formal statement by the employer to confirm the duration an employee has been with the company
  • Internal staff can submit a leave request for a member and either approve or reject it. The Leave Status can be Approved, Rejected, Payroll Processed, and Payroll Pending
  • The Leave Details of the member are displayed on the Payslip and are configurable by using the settings in the masters

New Features - Mobile App

🆕Shift Tolerance

The Shift Tolerance feature allows you to define the acceptable time variation for the shifts while submitting the timesheet via Workforce App. The shift time tolerance range can vary from '0' to '15' minutes, with a value of '0' indicating no applicable tolerance. 

This tolerance applies to both the start and end times of the shift. For example, if the shift time tolerance is set to 15 minutes, acceptable variations for a 9 am to 5 pm shift would be between 08:45 and 9:15 for the start time, and between 16:45 and 17:15 for the end time.

The shift tolerance settings can be configured at global and client levels.

🆕Shift Allowance

The Shift Allowance feature allows members to choose their allowance when submitting their timesheets via Workforce App. A shift allowance is the payment provided to members for their work during scheduled shifts.

The available shift allowances are fetched from the finance master of the Finance application.

🆕Sleepover/ Other Details

The Sleepover/ Other Details feature allows the members to add Sleepover and Other Details hours when submitting their timesheets via Workforce App. This feature helps track sleepovers and other additional hours to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with labour regulations, and efficient workforce management.

The Sleepover/Other Details are configured at the global or client levels in the Staff Portal application.
