This Feature requires you to have a Google account - for more information please read - Maps Google API
Check-in and Check out for members is designed to assist schedulers to know if a member has arrived at a location for their shift.
For finance purposes, members still use the timesheet submission if they need to adjust shift times.
Timesheets are still required to submit, for the purpose of obtaining supervisors' approval and to be available for the finance team.
How to enable Check in and Check out on sites

Firstly you will need to ask support to set up your google account and for you to provide the KM distance amount - Check in/ Check out Configurations and Setup

The Member GPS Timestamp Required is an optional location-based setting that once enabled will prompt members to Check-In prior to their shift commencement and allow them to check out on completion.

Clients - Search for Client - Online Permissions Change to yes as shown below.
