Can members upload a profile/ID photo via the app or do the internal staff have to do it?
Once a member has been made active, only internal staff can update the members' profile/ID photo.To update the members' photo, follow these steps:
- Go to their personnel card, and click on personal details, under "profile".
- Click on the members ID photo to update:
- Click "Save & Continue"
Members are unable to update their photo/ID once made active. This is what their personal details screen shows on the member app, with no option to change the photo:
