Can I use Entire Staff Portal and Apps outside Australia?

Yes!

You are able to use all of the Entire apps (staff, member, professional) and the online portals when traveling outside of Australia.

When using the online portals, you still must make sure that you have an adequate internet connection, and you will be able to log in and use them as normal.

When using the phone apps, you must make sure that you are not changing the region on your phone from Australia. Also, ensure you have adequate internet or 4/5G access, and you will be able to access and use the app as you like.
