Application Options - Global Setting - Email Settings

Within this section - this would be set up my support/implementation so please consult our for us to update for you

These settings are set for you during the implementation process.

The only time you would need to amend these settings in any way is if you have a new finance email address, email signature or email logo.

Please note, any email signature or logo set here will transfer to your payslip and invoice emails. It is important that you NEVER change your Outgoing Email (SMTP Details) as any changes to these details will stop emails from being sent from Entire OnHire

Users are also required to set email protocols ( message ) for your payslip and invoice emails.

These protocols can be set by accessing menu path:

Payroll > Email Payslips or Invoice > Email Invoices

Once you are in the emailing screen, protocols ( messages ) can be set by selecting Set Email Protocols In this screen you can set your preferred email messages for the following emails.

  • Email to members when payslips are being sent out ( select Payslip )

  • Email to clients when invoices are being sent out (select Invoice )
