Adding Reference Codes to Invoices via Client Cards

To streamline the process of adding reference codes to invoices using our email solution, follow the steps below. This ensures a seamless experience for both the front end and back end.

Adding Reference Code:

  1. Access the Staff Portal:
    • Navigate to the staff portal to begin the process.
  2. Open the Client Card:
    • Locate and access the client card associated with the specific client for whom you want to add a reference code.
  3. Input Reference Code:
    • Within the client card, find the "Reference Code" field.
    • Input the desired reference code.

Ensuring Reference Code on Invoices:

To guarantee that the reference code appears on the invoice, follow these steps:

  1. Add Reference Code to Client Card Finance:
    • Follow the steps mentioned above to add the reference code to the client card.
  2. Automatic Application:
    • The reference code will automatically be applied to every shift you invoice for this client.

Unique Codes for Each Shift:

If you prefer different codes for each shift, follow these steps:

  1. Enter Order Numbers:
    • Instead of a universal reference code, enter the specific order numbers for each shift.
  2. Include on Client Card:
    • Ensure that the "Include on Client Card" option is selected.
