9.5 - Resolved Issues

We are constantly working to provide a seamless experience within Entire OnHire. In version 9.5 we have resolved the following issues:

  1. Client Structure Restrictions Implemented at Hierarchal Level
  2. Employment Status Notes Issue in Personnel Card
  3. Competencies Details - Correct/ Incorrect Answers Issue Fixed
  4. Restricted Member cannot be Appointed for Shifts in the System
  5. Talent Search - Improved Efficiency in Uploading Data in the Shift Activities Tab
  6. Recruitment - Profile Tab - Choose Options Available from the Dropdown for Mandatory Fields
  7. Members Employment Work Status Report shows Report based on selected Employment Status

1. Client Structure Restrictions Implemented at Hierarchal Level - ✅ Resolved

Issue Resolved. The client structure validations are implemented to prevent adding a parent under a child to maintain the necessary hierarchy level. For instance, Admin cannot be added under Admin and Service, Admin cannot be added under Service, Service cannot be added under Delivery, Admin and Service cannot be added under Delivery, and Admin and Service cannot be added under Service.

2. Employment Status Notes Issue in Personnel Card - ✅ Resolved

Issue Resolved. In the member's Personnel Card, the notes provided in the Employment Status Notes will now be correctly saved under the employee's respective profile, eliminating any duplication across multiple profiles.


3. Competencies Details - Correct/ Incorrect Answers Issue Fixed - ✅ Resolved

Issue Resolved. In the Competencies Details (Recruitment Questions) for the member, the responses to the questions are now accurately displayed in the list for Correct Answers and Incorrect Answers.

Based on the correct answers provided in the Master, the Correct Answers and Incorrect Answers are accurately displayed as shown in the figure below.

4. Restricted Member cannot be Appointed for Shifts in the System - ✅ Resolved

Issue Resolved. If the members are restricted in the Requests and Restricted section, the members cannot be allocated to any shifts in the system.

5. Talent Search - Improved Efficiency in Uploading Data in the Shift Activities Tab - ✅ Resolved

Issue Resolved. In the Talent Search, the member shift details in the Shift Activities tab can be now accessed quickly and efficiently.


6. Recruitment - Profile Tab - Choose Options Available from the Dropdown for Mandatory Fields - ✅ Resolved

Issue Resolved. In the Applications → Inbox → Screen/ Assign → Profile tab, it is mandatory to choose the options available in the dropdown menu to ensure that the data is successfully saved. You cannot provide the customised options in the drop down fields.

If an incorrect option is provided in the mandatory fields, a validation message will be displayed as shown in the figure below.

7. Members Employment Work Status Report shows Report based on selected Employment Status - ✅ Resolved

Issue Resolved. In the Reports → Members Employment Work Status Report, now the report is displayed based on the selected Employment Status such as 'Active', 'Inactive', 'Terminated', and 'Suspended'.

8. Availability of Apply Date in the Recruitment Dashboard for the Applicant Portal - ✅ Resolved

Issue Resolved. In the Recruitment Dashboard → Applicant Portal, the Apply Date field is available for Incomplete Applications as shown in the figure below.

9. Active Qualifications Visible in Standby Search of Client Allocations - ✅ Resolved

Issue Resolved. In the Client Allocations, only the active Qualifications of the member are now displayed in the Standby Details as shown in the figure below.

10. Recruitment Dashboard - Length Increased for the Applicant Name - ✅ Resolved

Issue Resolved. In the Recruitment Dashboard, the maximum length of the applicant's name is increased to 55 characters.


11. Exclude Allowance Details in the Rate Table Copied Successfully in Finance Portal - ✅ Resolved

Issue Resolved. In the Service Rate Table screen, all the details of the Copy Rate Table and Duplicate Rate Table are successfully copied including the 'Exclude Allowance' checkbox details.

Also, when you upload the rate table using the Excel file, all the details are imported successfully including the 'Exclude Allowance' checkbox details.


12. View Office Appointment Screen in Recruitment accurately reflects the same time as displayed in the Appointment Scheduler Screen - ✅ Resolved

Issue Resolved. The scheduled event time in the View Office Appointment screen in Recruitment is accurately synchronised with the Appointment Scheduler screen, ensuring accurate time representation based on the timezone settings for appointments as shown in the figures below.

13. Details Updated Based on Shift Status in Staff Shifts Performance Report and Shift Logs - ✅ Resolved

Issue Resolved. In the Client Allocation, updating the Shift Status in a shift will display the updated status as either Member Assigned, Member Accepted, Client Confirmed, or Booked. While editing existing shift details (apart from Shift Status), the Shift Log will show 'Shift Edited'.

When the Shift Status is updated for the shift, the Staff Shifts Performance Report will accurately reflect the count in the Shift Status categories, including Shifts Entered, Member Confirmed, Client Confirmed, and Booked as shown in the figure below.
