9.4 - Resolved Issues

We are constantly working to provide a seamless experience within Entire OnHire. In version 9.4 we have resolved the following issues:

1. Total amount payable fix required in the Dockets/ Pay Slips Advice of the members - ✅ Resolved

Issue Resolved. In the Finance application, the difference in the amount payable (varying in decimal amount) is now fixed and showing accurately in the members' Pay Slips Advice/ Dockets.

2. Facing obligation error while processing the pay run for the member - ✅ Resolved

Issue Resolved. If a duplicate record is created in the Member Payroll → Obligations tab, the duplicate record will be handled from the backend while processing the pay run. The obligation error is now fixed.

3. Break minutes calculations not working in the Shift Worth - ✅ Resolved

Issue Resolved. In the Allocation page of the Staff Portal, the break in minutes is calculated correctly in the Shift Worth Details for the shift.Shift Worth Details - Break Minutes1

4. The Allocations page does not reflect the shift date change of the Client Portal - ✅ Resolved

Issue Resolved. Now, on editing the shift date in the Current Booking of the Client Portal, the Allocations page of the Staff Portal shows the edited shift date correctly.

5. Page Title not showing correctly when posting a Job via social media platforms such as LinkedIn - ✅ Resolved

Issue Resolved. Now, the page title with the published link is updated correctly when posting a Job via a link on social media platforms such as LinkedIn.

6. Issue in loading the Reference Pending, Activate Member, and Reschedule modules of the Recruitment Dashboard - ✅ Resolved

Issue Resolved. Optimised the time to load the  Reference Pending, Activate Member, and Reschedule modules in the Recruitment Dashboard. Now, the modules open swiftly and efficiently.

7. In the Client Portal → Financial Overview, the Service Location should not be mandatory when the client is associated with single ABNs - ✅ Resolved

Issue Resolved. In the Client Portal → Financial Overview → Invoiced/ Uninvoiced Shift Details, the Service Location is mandatory only in cases when the client is associated with multiple ABNs.

8. Member receives Timesheet Notifications for the shift that member has not worked - ✅ Resolved

Issue Resolved. Now the timesheet notifications are received by the allocated members only for approval and the dispute (if any) from the App or Client Portal.
