xSign - Phases I & II

Introduction

xSign is a platform for managing digital document workflows - allowing you to generate documents to send out of the Entire platform to members and professionals - which can be received and e-Signed. This gives your team greater flexibility to automate and standardise these processes with key steps and recipients of documents. 

Additionally, xSign aims to bring clarity to tracking the status of a document - with automatic reminders appearing, until the document reaches a completed status. These documents then flow through into Entire's document management system, for an automated end-to-end process.

The highlighting features of the xSign include:

  • Generate templates and define workflow – You can pre-populate fields, gather, and validate data while signing and sending the data to your systems.

  • Track documents easily and securely – Your clients can quickly access and sign legal documents from any device.

  • Transparency in managing document process – You can view the status of each document at every stage. This keeps you updated about the current status of the document.

 

Currently, we are supporting the Enterprise Version of the xSign that is integrated with the Entire OnHire application.
