New Feature
Import Shifts
The Import Shifts feature facilitates to create customized shift import templates, configure the shift import templates, import files, and view shift import Logs.
The shift import templates allow the user to configure each template that is linked with the Service Location and can be configured based on Employee ID, Default Values, or Unique Parameters. The shift import templates configuration is a one-time process and you can also create the global Import Shifts templates.
-
Employee ID Mapping – Based on the selected parameters, the user is required to download the Employee File that includes prefilled Entire OnHire Employee ID and Name. Upload the Employee File with the Client Employee ID filled against the Entire OnHire Employee ID and the system will automatically map the data
-
Default Values – This configuration allows the user to set default values/ format and is mandatory for Shift Import. The user is required to select 'Date Format' and 'Worked Hours Format' and follow the final import file
-
Unique Parameter – Based on the selected parameters/ priority, the uniqueness of the shift (uploaded from the Excel file) is decided. This configuration is important for shifts against Unmanaged Job and in cases where Job Id is not available, the unique parameters facilitate to search Job Id for a shift
The Import Shifts Data for the selected templates is performed either for unmanaged jobs or as shifts without an existing job. You can view the Shifts Import Logs that show the status of the event log.
The detailed Import Shifts document will be released soon . Import Shifts
Enhancement - SEEK
What are the Key Changes?
The new SEEK change addresses the requirements of employers and candidates to deliver value in a dynamic job market. All job advertisements posted on the SEEK site remain posted for 30 days (unless the job ad is removed earlier) and can be edited free of charge or, subject to relevant charges, extended.
You can now purchase a SEEK Ad Budget to post different job ad types, including Classic, StandOut, and Premium subscription types. The subscription types offer different benefits that range from advertising roles for 30 days, adding your branding details, and specifying key selling points.
The job advertisement pricing is now variable and depends on the type of subscription selected and the details selected in the job ad (especially Job Title, Job Location, and Category). The job ad pricing is accurately shown at the time of posting only and when the employer modifies a live job ad, the pricing of the job ad may vary .
