New Features
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a new feature integrated into the Entire OnHire staff portal. This will provide extra security to prevent unauthorised access to your account. In addition to the combination of a username and password, you can choose the security layer of your choice to enable authorisation checks to your accounts. This will ensure it is only you who is accessing your account and not a potential hacker pretending to be you. The authentication methods provided under 2FA are -
-
Email address,
-
Security questions
-
Authenticator app (SMS)
For more details about how to set up 2FA, please follow the instructions in Two-Factor Authentication Settings.
Recruitment Dashboard
The Recruitment Dashboard has received a facelift and you can now customise the descriptions, layout, and colours of the sections according to your requirements. There is a range of colours to choose from and you can opt to hide sections of your choice. This is a user-specific feature and each user will have the ability to set their dashboard layout to align with their preferences. Please visit: customise the Recruitment Dashboard for more details.
Along with the facelift, the Recruitment Dashboard has additional sections added in line with several new recruitment features which will be outlined in this document.
Job Application Central Board
The first new section added to the Recruitment Dashboard is a central source for all Jobs created via Entire OnHire and pushed out to Seek/Broadbean. This will help recruiters in accessing their Jobs from the Recruitment Dashboard and comes packed with many more features such as the application sources, extensive analytics and more. Please visit: Job Application Central Board for more details.
New Application Page
Version X5.2 brings a brand new Application Page with a simple and fresh design.
The form asks applicants to provide an email ID first to register and then steps them through to complete their application. One major feature of this new page is you can now increase your conversion rates of applications. If for some reason applicants do not complete the full application you have access to their contact email along with the device/browser used, the time to complete the form, and more!
Re-enrolment for Applicants and Members
The re-enrolment feature is a new function introduced to allow existing applicants or members to rejoin an agency and provide updated information via the Casual Application Page. This feature takes into consideration the profile status of the person before allowing them to reapply. Please visit: Re-enrolment for Applicants and Members for further details.
Import Data
Import Data is a new feature that has been included to bulk upload the data of members. It does away with the need of manually updating each of the member records. You can find the details of this feature here.
Document Versioning
Documents form an important part of the screening and verification process. Many-a-times it might have happened that you want to access the old document or keep a track of documents that are either rejected or approved or review the document after uploading. All these functions were not available in our earlier version. We have incorporated a document history log wherever applicable across the staff portal as well as mobile apps.
More details about the document versioning can be found here.
New Supercharge Modules
Supercharges are optional new modules that are designed to speed up your business, such as the Referee Dashboard or Client Compliance Modules. If you are interested please let us know and we will provide a demo of how this module works along with the pricing to add these modules into your system.
Leave Management - Growth Module - Leave Management
A completely new module designed for managing full time and part time staff, Leave management helps in creating and managing different types of leaves according to the requirement of the organisation. This includes changes to the payslips as well.
Enhancements
Login session management
-
one user-one session
-
one user-one browser
-
auto-logout feature
Previously, if you forgot to log out from your account and tried logging in afresh from a different browser, you would encounter an error message. This prompted you to reach out to the admin to kill your previous session to create a new session. It was troublesome and annoying! But it is no longer a problem. We have fixed that for you. Now you’ll be able to create a new session without the help of the admin. Any session lying idle for more than 30 minutes will be automatically terminated.
Also, if the user tries to login again from a different browser, irrespective of an active session, the previous session will be forced to expire and the user will be redirected to the login page.
The auto-logout feature will also ensure that if you have multiple sessions open in a single browser, then signing out from one instance will terminate the entire active session. You will receive an alert pop-up prompting you to login again. Previously, it used to directly redirect to the login window without giving an alert.
Multi-machine user access management
-
one user-one machine
-
auto-logout feature
You will now be able to access your account from only one machine at a time. If you try to login from a new machine, your session on the old machine will automatically be terminated within 10 seconds and a new session will be created on the new machine.
Users Authorisation
The Users Authorisation section under Masters has been redesigned to give easy access to the admin to update user permissions and user access. A breadcrumb at the top for easy navigation, radio buttons for user access and colourful icons have been added to enhance the user-friendliness of the portal.
Bug Fixes
We’ve fixed all these bugs for you.
Feedback
We have incorporated new features and some enhancements to provide you with a delightful user experience. We would love to hear back from you.
