📈Workforce App Enhancements
1. Show Reason of Discrepancy in the Timesheet
When a timesheet is submitted with discrepancy, members can select the discrepancy reasons from the options in the Reason of Discrepancy drop-down menu of the Workforce App. The Reason of Discrepancy are defined by the staff within the Client Master of the Staff Portal.
Add New Reason in Client Master
The discrepancy reasons are configurable by authorised internal users via the Timesheets tab of the Global Client Master Settings (Masters → Client Master → Configure New Client Web App Settings →Timesheets).
In the Timesheet tab, the 'Show discrepancy reasons for mandatory member selection' flag must be set to 'YES' to activate the Add New Reason section. You can add/edit discrepancy reasons in the Add New Reason section.
Add New Reason
To add a new discrepancy reason:
- Click Add New Reason
- Add a new discrepancy reason
- Click the tick

Once the discrepancy reasons are configured in the Client Master, the Reason of Discrepancy will be visible in the Timesheet Submission screen of the Workforce App, allowing members to select the appropriate option.
- You can edit the existing Discrepancy Reason by clicking the edit
icon.
- You can delete the existing Discrepancy Reason by clicking the delete
icon.
Select Reason of Discrepancy in Workforce App
When a member raises a discrepancy in the timesheet, it is mandatory to select the Reason of Discrepancy from the drop-down menu. Once the Reason of Discrepancy is selected, it is automatically appended to the Discrepancy Notes as shown in the figure below.
2. View Timesheet Option Post Submission
The member can view the timesheet after submission. When the member submits the timesheet, the Success pop-up will show View Timesheet as shown in the figure below.
On clicking the View Timesheet, the member can view the submitted timesheet.
