Renamed Menus/Headings
1. Renamed Placement Menu to Job Ads
The Placement menu is renamed to Job Ads in the main menu of the Staff Portal as shown in the figure below.
2. Renamed Miscellaneous menu to Quick Actions
The Miscellaneous menu is renamed to Quick Actions in the Application menu of the Staff Portal as shown in the figure below.
3. Renamed REENROLL and REAPPLY in Recruitment Dashboard
The REAPPLY is renamed to RE-APPLY in the Recruitment Dashboard of the Staff Portal as shown in the figure below.

The REENROLL is renamed to RE-ENROLL in the Recruitment Dashboard of the Staff Portal as shown in the figure below.
4. Renamed Dashboard
In the Applications menu, the Dashboard menu option is renamed to Onboarding Dashboard as shown in the figure below.
Similarly, the Dashboard page is renamed to Onboarding Dashboard as shown in the figure below.
Access Legacy Home Screen
A new announcement icon is introduced on the menu bar as shown in the figure below. When clicking the announcement icon, the legacy home screen of the Staff Portal will be displayed.
Note that when the Dashboard flag is activated, the Dashboard will be displayed once you login to the system; otherwise, the legacy Home screen will be displayed.
New Referrals and View Referrals Option Removed
In the Applications → Quick Actions, the New Referrals and View Referrals Options are no longer available.
Client Compliance Rules and Restrictions for Expertise
During the shift booking process, Client Compliance Rules and Restrictions are now implemented to the 'Expertise', with the relevant rules and restrictions displayed based on the selected Expertise.
Note that the existing Client Compliance Rules and Restrictions for Service Location, Delivery Location, and Qualifications remain unchanged.
To illustrate the rules and restrictions are implemented based on the 'Expertise' while booking the shift, consider the following example:
In the Client Compliances Rules/ Restrictions/ Feedback for Shift Booking page, if three rules are defined for the Service Location 'DOMS DYNAMITE BURGERS MELBOURNE', with two rules defined for the 'Expertise' as shown in the figure below.
Case 1: Shift without selecting Expertise - During the shift booking process for this Service Location, the Client Compliance Rules/Restrictions applicable to the selected Service Location and Qualification are displayed as Site Induction, Expertise Rule, and Test Rule 2.
Case 2: Shift with Expertise selected as 'RETAIL' - During the shift booking process for this Service Location, Qualification, and Expertise as 'RETAIL', two Client Compliance Rules/ Restrictions that are specific to this Expertise are displayed: 'Site Induction', and 'Expertise Rule' as shown in the figure below.
Case 3: Shift with Expertise selected as 'Expertise 2' - During the shift booking process for this Service Location, Qualification, and Expertise as 'Expertise 2', two Client Compliance Rules/ Restrictions that are specific to this Expertise are displayed: 'Site Induction', and 'Test Rule 2' as shown in the figure below.
Note that the following screens are impacted by defining the Client Compliance Rules and Restrictions:
- Quick New Shift Booking
- Allocations - Standard Search - Member Card
- Multi Booking

Note that the compliance acceptance of the Workforce App remains unaffected.
New Master - Lead Source
A new Lead Source master is added to the Client Master in the Staff Portal. The new Lead Source master is created to identify the client's lead source, detailing how the client discovered your business. The available Lead Sources in the masters can be selected for the New and Existing Clients.
How to access Lead Source Master?
To access Lead Source in Masters:
- Click Masters → Client Master → Lead Source
Lead Source in Masters
The Lead Source page displays the current Lead Source repository, including Client Lead Source, Display Sequence, Last Updated By, Last Updated On, Status, Default Lead Source, and Action (to edit the existing Lead Source).
To modify an existing Lead Source, click the edit icon in the Action column.
How to Add New Lead?
To add a New Lead:
- Click Add New Lead, and the Lead Source pop-up opens
- Provide all the required details
- Click Save

In the Client Details page of the client, the following new fields of Lead Source are shown:
- Lead Source: The Lead Source options are available as specified in the Lead Source master. Select the Lead Source option from the drop-down
- Lead Generated By: Select the name of the staff who generated the Lead Source
- Lead Generated On: Select the date when the Lead Source was generated
The Lead Source, Lead Generated By, and Lead Generated On fields are mandatory for selection if the client Status is 'CLIENT FUTURE OPPORTUNITY'.
In the Add New Client page, the new fields for Lead Source, Lead Generated By, and Lead Generated On are displayed for a new client. If the Status is selected as 'Client Future Opportunity', it is mandatory to select values for all these fields.
