Why does the members timesheet's time for checking in/out differ from the actual shift time?
The check in/check out times that appear on the timesheets for the members go off the timezone of the members phone.
For example, if the members timezone is set to Victoria but the shift is in NSW, the check in time could be 3 hours before the actual shift starts.
This can also affect the shift log in allocations. The shift log may state the member picked up a shift at 5pm but checked in for the shift 3pm.
