Using Awards to Process Sleepovers

When entering Sleepover shifts you have a few options for how you can process the sleepover.

Based on Awards set up like this Example of Schads Awards with S/O

You have the following options and depending on this

1. Book the Shift as a PM- SO - AM as three separate Shifts

   

2. Booked the Shit as a PM - Booking Notes with S/O and for members to add to the timesheet

   

3. Book a Sleepover with Start and End Time

   

Based on these allocations Setup you would have to do the following within your award setup

1. 3 Separate Shifts - There would be no work involved but it would be 3 different timesheets as it is three separate shifts as required
   
   

   

2. BOOKED AS PM - This would appear as

   Then once you process the awards it would split into as following

   

   Then you would need to do the following

   1. Update the 3rd split to be the correct date (following day)
      
      

3. BOOKED AS SL - This would appear as

   

   Then once you process the awards it would split into as following

   

   Then you would need to do the following

   1. Change the 1 split to a PM shift

   2. Change the 3 Shift Date to be correct
      
      

4. BOOKED AS SL WITH MIDNIGHT SPLIT -

   Once you process the awards they would split into as following

   

   Then you would need to do the following

   1. Update Split 2 to be 2200-0600 - so the sleepover does not get charged twice

   2. Delete Split 3
