User Authorization for Branches

EntireOnHire has the ability to manage multiple business branches within one platform. If you are an organisation managing multiple branches there is an additional authorisation to control their access to each branch.

To provide the branch access to a finance user, please follow the below steps: 

Step - 1 Select ‘Tools’ in the Finance portal.

Step - 2 Select ‘User Authorisation to Branches.

Step - 3 Select the ‘+’ next to the applicable branch to update the access per user.

Step - 4 Check the box against the selected staff under the Authorised Column to grant access.
