Understanding Facility Name Updates for Past Shifts
It is not possible to have an updated facility name reflected on past shifts. Shifts that were created prior to the update will retain the original facility name. For example, if a facility name was changed to 'NSW,' any shifts created before this change will still display the previous name.
If you need to verify the current facility name for a specific shift, you can create a new shift for the service location, which will reflect the updated facility name.
