Troubleshooting 'Remember Me' option when logging in (for Chrome)

If you are experiencing issues with the 'Remember Me' function not working correctly, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

Please follow the steps below in Google Chrome:

• Click on the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner and open Settings

• Go to Privacy and Security

• Click on Cookies and other site data

Please ensure that:

• “Allow all cookies” is selected (or cookies are not being blocked)

• “Block all cookies” is not enabled

Also, make sure the following option is turned OFF:

• “Clear cookies and site data when you close all windows”

Additionally, please ensure:

• The same browser is being used (not in Incognito mode)

• Cookies are not being cleared automatically on exit

Once done, please try logging in again with “Remember Me” selected.
