Rebranding: What you need to know.
What information you need if you are planning on rebranding and any questions you may have.
Please email support at support@xeople.com to let us know you are rebranding. We will send you a quote on the cost of rebranding your system. This cost includes; logos, domains for emails, SMS display name change, New portal URL's change, anything else that will need to be changed in your system (staff portal, finance portal, client portal, members app, etc) to reflect your new rebranding name.
What do we need to do to change the domain for emails?
We will need to provide the updated records to update in your domain, please let us know what name you are changing this to.
Will the Google Maps integration be affected?
Possibly based on the email domain if you are updating the account but this shouldn't be an issue as the API information will not change unless you are creating a new project
Updating Logos
We need to do this for you across finance, portals, and member app, Please provide us your updated logos for us to change these.
Updating the SMS display name
We will need our team to update this for you, please provide us your new SMS display name
Updating new portal URL's
These can be updated, please provide what new URL's you are wanting for your staff portal, Applicant Page and Application Portal.
Can we update the application URLs?
These domains are hard coded and if we were to update the URL we would need to clone your system and build a brand new system so if this is not a massive requirement on your end, we suggest leaving it as is - otherwise we can provide you a separate quote for this.
Can we update the access code for client portal?
This is hard-coded and would require a full new system to allow this function
