Rebranding - Logo updates
While there are areas within Application Settings where you can update branding elements yourselves, those changes do not flow through to every instance of the system.
Certain components require:

Formatting adjustments to ensure sizing and resolution display correctly across portals

Updates across multiple system layers (staff portal, client portal, invoices, documents, etc.)

Testing to ensure the logo renders correctly in different formats and background conditions

Review to ensure consistency and avoid distortion or formatting issues
Not all branding elements are controlled in one central location, we have our technical team review and implement these updates to ensure consistency and prevent unintended display issues. If only partial updates are made manually, some areas will remain unchanged or may not render correctly, which can create further confusion.
