9.4 - Manual Online References Check - Removed

Removing manual references and E-References are to be used in the future

In the Staff Portal application:

1. The link to Reference Check and Employment References will now refer to E-Reference.
   
   
   
2. The References tab is not available in the member Recruitment page 
   
3. The References Old link is not available in the footer of the application
   
   

In the future we will be removing the double employment references from the personnel card
