Member Master - External Softwares Integration
This section is where we are able to set up external setups like Cascom/shift match.

ShiftMatch Example.

Software Name: Yes, this can be the Organization ID name provided by the client.

Software Description: This can be a brief description of the software integration. You can make this up based on what the software does, e.g., "Shift Match integration for Evolve Talent".

Contact No: This should be the contact number for the client who is using the integration.

Provider ID: This is usually a numerical ID provided by Shift Match. The client will need to ask Shift Match to provide this.

Username: This is the username for the client’s internal user profile in the Shift Match system.

Password: This should match the internal user profile password. You can set a generic one initially, and they can change it later if needed.

Client Name: The list in the drop-down may be limited. If you don't see all clients, it might be admin access only. You may need to ensure the client names are properly listed in the system.
Based on the mapped provider IDs in the External Software Integration, all the Shifts are fetched from the ShiftMatch.
