Member Contact Card
The Member Contact Card gives you everything you need to know about a member at a glance. It brings key details and common actions into one place so you can quickly connect with members, check important information, and manage shifts more easily.
To navigate to the members contact card, follow the steps below:
- On the Allocations screen, under the Member(s) column, click on the member’s name.

- This will open the Member Contact Card.

To view and manage a member’s information from the Member Contact Card:
- View the member’s contact information directly on the card.
- Record the call outcome by selecting Left Message, No Answer, Accept, or Decline.
- Review the member’s Next of Kin details when required.
- Check any existing Allocation Notes related to the member.
- To update Allocation Notes, open the member’s profile and navigate to Allocation Notes.

- You can add the allocation notes from here.
- Click Save & Continue.

The Member Contact Card also shows:
- Compliance Rules: Only show if the client has compliances against their site. Otherwise, this will not show on member’s card.

- Shift Worth: This allows you to see a rough estimate of how much that shift would be for the member
Rate of first-hour x worked hours = Total worth
Shift worth is only a rough estimate. This does not take into account - overtime, allowances, additions, and deductions.

- Track arrival: This is related to our check-in and out feature - Check-In & Check-Out Manual.

- Route Map: This allows you to automatically use google maps from the member address to the location of the shift.

- Availability: This takes you to the member's available section - Member Availability.

- Contact Log: This takes you to the member's contact log Contact Log.

- View and Upload Resume: This allows you to view the member's current resume and then update it if required.
