Main Masters - SMS Template
Before going live with the recruitment module, it is highly recommended to review and update your SMS templates according to your processes and requirements.
How to View, Edit, and Create SMS Templates
- Access Masters > Main Masters > SMS Templates.
- To view and edit current SMS templates, select the pencil located in the far-left column against the SMS name.
- The SMS template editor will appear below.
You can edit the template name and SMS message within the field.
To save changes, click on the green tick icon.

To create a new SMS template, select the "+ Add New SMS Templates".
The following fields are mandatory:-
- SMS For Module - Choose the module you wish for the template to appear.
- SMS Template Name - Enter the name of the template you would like to appear. Being specific helps internal users to know what the template is used for (e.g., "Confirm interview SMS").
- SMS Message - Enter the SMS message body in this section. There are several available dynamic fields depending on the recipient type (e.g., Shift information will not appear when SMS applicants).
- Click on the green tick to save.
