Main Masters - Employment Types
Within the Casual Application page, there is a field labeled "Availability." This field is designed to capture the applicant's availability to assist recruitment staff during the initial screening of their application. Each option can be customized to suit your availability categories, and applicants can select one or more options in the drop-down list.
To View and Update Settings
- Access Masters > Main Masters > Employment Type.
2. Review your active settings.
3. To edit or inactivate any setting, select the Pencil icon.
4. In the editor screen, you can update:-
- Description - What is shown on the application page.
- Display Sequence - Order in how it shows in the drop-down list.
- Status - If Active, the value will show on the application page; if set to inactive, it will not show.
Please note: Do not update the employment type.
To Create a New Option
- Select the + Icon.
Please note: When creating a new option, use the Employment type of "Casual."
