Main Masters - Designations

What are Designations

Designations are used to assign to professionals and they assist with units of values which flow through to the Contact Log 

To Access Designations

Access designations via: Masters - Main Masters - Designation.

To Add a Designation

  • Select Add New Designation.
  • Fill in the mandatory fields and press the green tick to save.

To Inactivate/Edit a Designation

  • Select the Pencil icon next to the Designation.
  • Change the status to Inactive and click the green tick.
