If you have already made this as a reporting office, this name will appear in the inbox as soon as an applicant chooses this office when applying to your agency.
Then when they applicant gets moved forward, the office will then disappear again. Only offices that have applicants attached to them that are still NEW will appear here.
You can also choose to send different applicants to the offices that they originally apply for by clicking profile and then changing their office to your desired office. Then this Office will show up again in the Inbox section.
If you do not have any applicants apply with that office or do not move an applicant to that office, the name will not appear under the inbox.
