I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, don’t worry — it happens to the best of us!
For security reasons, our Support Team cannot retrieve or provide passwords directly. However, resetting your password is a quick and easy process.

How to Reset Your Password

  1. Go to the login page of the EOH.

  2. Click on "Forgot Password?" located under the login form.

  3. Enter your registered email address associated with your account.

  4. Follow the instructions sent to your email to create a new password.

Please note:

  • If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your junk or spam folders.

  • Ensure you are using the correct email address registered with your account.

  • For security reasons, reset links may expire after a set time. If so, simply restart the process.
