I Forgot My Finance Password – What Should I Do?

If you have forgotten your Finance login password, please note that this cannot be reset manually through the login page.

How to Reset Your Finance Password

  1. Contact Support by emailing support@xeople.com

  2. In your email, please include:

    • Your full name

    • Your company name

    • Your username and Email

  3. Once received, Support will raise a request with our Development Team to reset your password.

  4. You will then receive an email directly with your new login credentials.

Important to note:

  • For security purposes, Finance passwords can only be reset and emailed by our Development Team.

  • Please allow up to 1 business day for your new password to be provided.

  • We recommend updating your password once you log in.
