Viewing attachments on a submitted timesheet (client / professional portal)

  1. Log in to the Professional Portal or Client Portal.
  2. Go to Approve Timesheet.
  3. Open the pending timesheet under Pending Client Review.
  4. On the Review Timesheet screen select View Timesheet for full details.
  5. From this view you can see any attachments submitted with the timesheet and download them (Download Snap is available).

Accessing receipts and expense attachments in the finance portal

  • The finance portal provides access to timesheet and expense information and includes tools to view and download receipts.
  • When processing timesheets and expenses in the finance portal you can:
    • View and download receipts attached to expenses or timesheets.
    • Manually update expense amounts when rates are not present in the rate table.
    • Confirm changes after updating an expense.
    • Delete or manually update amounts when required.

Using reports to find submitted timesheet details

  • Payroll History (run from the finance portal) is used to find timesheet notes and payroll history entries related to processed timesheets.
  • The Print Employee Timesheet report is available to produce employee timesheet outputs.
